Viviers is located 12 km. East of Chablis ; this is the highest point of the Chablis vineyard and it gives a very strong character and personality to the wines. 1er Cru Vaillons, on the left bank of the Serein river and 1er Cru Vaucopins, on the right bank are also part of the domaine. The Blanchots parcel, the most easterly vineyard of the Chablis Grand Cru, is ideally positioned at the very top of the slope.
