The Domaine de la Chauvinière is now run by the next generation of the Huchet family, Jérémie. He is both thoughtful, and hard-working and in fact has many projects on the go. For us the the Domaine de la Chauvinière is the quintessential Muscadet; crisp, racy and delicious. But don’t forget incredible value.
